Personal data are collected for the purpose of registering the client and implementing the procedures for performance of the contract and all necessary communications. These data are electronically processed in compliance with the current laws and can be shown only upon the request of the judicial authority or other authorities legally authorised for the purpose.
The interested party enjoys the rights in accordance with art. 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003, i.e. the right to request confirmation of the existence of its personal data at the head office of Genesini Macchine Agricole S.n.c.; to know the origin, rationale and purposes of the processing of said data; to obtain updating, correction and integration; to request cancellation, conversion into an anonymous form or blocking in the case of illegal processing; to oppose the processing thereof for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for dispatch of advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sale and interactive commercial communication.
